Granny Units
California Precut has been making granny feel at home since 1976. For the right price we can make a safe comfortable building for your granny that will also have add value to your home and higher resale values. Make sure to register for the 21 newly added granny units we have designed ranging in size from 200 to 1,000 square foot. We have several that have two bedrooms that can be easily redesigned to one larger bedroom in place of the two smaller bedrooms. Also please let us know what your ideas are and we will create any size, shape or design you could want.
