Open the file called “Standard/Signature Plans” that are Pre-Engineered to find the FREE plan of your choice. After you locate the plan of your choosing write down the plan name (sometimes it is good to print the plan to help answer the design questions, click back out to California Pre-Cut MAIN=Home page. Then come back to this section reading  directly below “Click here to order your FREE Preliminary Pre-Engineered Plan Set” section  below here you will see these words again.  Please fill out the questionnaire and within a day or two, you will receive your new FREE plans! What a deal FREE scaled floor plan & elevations!

It is very important to know that we are a lumber company that primarily supplies pre-built walls panels, windows, trusses and almost everything to provide a weather-tight shell inside & out. Sometimes we hear the question “Does this extremely low price include everything to build?” Well, at under $35.00 a square foot it does not.
