Bethlehem Guests,

We are having a crisis right now as the City of Santa Clara is requiring us to remove our storage containers from our property by the end of 2010. All of our sets, costumes, tools, and props have been stored in these containers for the past 12 years. Without on-site storage we cannot continue the Bethlehem program.

The Bethlehem Board of Directors has decided to raise money to build a permanent storage facility in the back corner of the church property. From the quotes we have received and donations by a builder, it will cost around $80,000 to build a 1736 square foot storage building on a new concrete pad. This will replace the five cargo containers we are currently using.

From its inception, Bethlehem has always been funded by public donations and not the church. We are not part of the normal budget of Santa Clara First Baptist Church. We are looking for people from the community who want to see the Bethlehem program continue to donate money towards this building so we can get through this crisis and keep Bethlehem going.

We have 11 to 16 thousand people come each year (depending on rain) who want to see this program continue. If everyone chipped in we could easily cover the expense. We have already raised $45,000 through some special donations, a rummage sale, and people like you who have donated. Please help keep this program alive.

To donate to this project by credit card, use the donate page or write a check to “Santa Clara First Baptist Church” and on the Memo Line write “Bethlehem Building”. Mail or drop off at Santa Clara First Baptist Church, 3111 Benton Street, Santa Clara, CA, 95051.

We will also accept material donations if you can donate stucco work, garage doors, electrical service, or roofing. We have most of the building itself heavily price reduced by California Pre-Cut Home of Danville.

We have pamphlets in the church lobby and office that also express the need if you would like to hand them out to your neighbors.

Thank You
Jerry Cintas
Bethlehem Producer

Imagine having the extra square footage you have always dreamed of right on your existing property. Maybe you have a child who just graduated from college and wants to return home, or elderly parents who can no longer live on their own. Whatever you needs, you can have your loved ones live on with you while still maintaining your privacy and space with a small precut panel home that functions as a guest house or in-law unit.

Pre Panelized Homes Offer savings, speed, & spectacular results.

IF SOMEONE TELLS PROSPECTIVE HOMEOWNERS they can assemble the key pieces of a beautiful custom home in just hours, most stop in their tracks and ask how. And when they learn about a remarkable panelized wall and roof truss system that saves time as well as money, most ask where they can sign up.

According to the National Association of Home Builders, more Californians than ever before are purchasing panelized building systems to build homes and other structures. The process begins in a climate- controlled facility where skilled craftsmen carefully construct a home’s essential structural components from raw materials into perfectly-sized panels. Upon completion, the panels are loaded onto a truck for delivery to the site. With the help of as few as four laborers, the walls pop up with windows intact, room dividers in place, and trusses ready for the roof. Framing happens in half the time of conventional methods.

This privately owned and operated company has packaged thousands of homes in California since 1968. Their quality panelized wall and roof truss system have all the features that you expect in a custom home, but at a fraction of the cost. Dry Douglas fir stud walls, with vinyl dual-pane windows with low E and 19/32″ T1-11 O.S.B. siding, are assembled in the factory for precision fit and shipping to your job site for erection by you or your contractor. See the enclosed “package specifications” sheet for all the other standard features.

The package starts at $12.00 per square foot for garages, and goes up to about $35.00 per square foot for houses. Also available are cabins, chalets, duplexes, additions and barns. Whether you want to choose from one of our many standard floor plans, or design your own, we can help. You can save 20% to 50% on your new home by using the P.M.H.I. Building System through CALIF. PRE CUT HOMES.

Let us show you how! If you don’t see precisely what you want among our standard floor plans, please use our catalog as a springboard for designing your Dream Home. More than seventy percent of our structures that are under construction are not in any of the floor plan books that we have available for you to choose from. If you are interested in a plan that is not in our catalog, please ask about our custom design service. The success of our business is designing and building your “New Dream Building”. It has been our pleasure to be in this industry for more than 30 years and we look forward to helping you and your family, as we have helped more than 1,000 families throughout California and the West build their “Dream Home” with CALIF. PRE-CUT HOMES. Please feel free to call any of the above phone numbers for further information.
