Calif. Pre-Cut Homes has been the OWNER BUILD LEADER IN THE WESTERN UNITED STATES SINCE 1976. We are the leading dealership for Pacific Modern Homes Inc. Since 1983, Matt & Dennis has been “Dealer of the year” 14 out of 25 years. (He has been second runner up 9 times, and 22 out of 25 years with PMHI Dennis has become a top producer of their product.)

Calif. Pre-Cut Homes has delivered over 1,200 packages consisting of homes, additions, garages, chalets, barns, & multiple dwellings all throughout the bay area. Our smallest package was a 10’ x 12’ shed erected in three days and one of our largest packages was a 22,000 sq. ft. apartment building in downtown Oakland framed up in 55 days. A 7,000 sq. ft. one-story bed and breakfast retreat on the big island of Hawaii was framed in 5 weeks, as well as a 7,000 sq. ft. two-story house in the Oakland / Piedmont area framed in 4 weeks.
